JOYCE THRONESS Brian and Mindy were both born in Springfield,
Missouri at St. John’s Hospital exactly two years and two days apart.Brian was born on July 30, 1973 and Mindy was
born on July 28, 1975. They have three children, Madison, Hudson and Katelyn,
all of which were born in London, England
Mindy was led to Christ at the age of five by her parents and
grew up in Marshfield, Missouri under the ministry of Ival Robinson at Temple
Baptist Church.
Brian’s father led him to Christ when he was seven years
old.Under the preaching of his grandfather,
Clifford Clark, Brian learned that being a disciple and making disciples was
the purpose of his life.Ever since
being born again, Brian has felt a strong call on his life to minister the Word
of God to the world.
Brian attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO
(1991 to 1995) where he studied Pastoral Theology.He also attended the Kansas City Baptist
Temple Shepherd School of Ministry: Pastoral & Foreign Missions (1996 to
2000) and Trinity College & Seminary: Pastoral Theology (2000 – 2005).
From a young age, Brian has been actively involved in
ministry alongside his family. As an adult, the first person to trust him with
any real ministry responsibility was Bill Sizemore, who was, at the time, the
Pastor at Meadowview Baptist Church in Republic, Missouri.Brian fulfilled the role of worship leader
and taught the Jr. High class while attending Baptist Bible College. From there
he went to Kansas City Baptist Temple where he was heavily involved in
one-on-one discipleship. He also led the UMKC (University of Missouri Kansas
City) on-campus team and was the worship leader of “Frontline” praise team for
“Checkpoint” college ministries.Brian participated
in the Supply Preachers Circuit ministry for two years and co-authored a set of
seven evangelism booklets. He and Mindy then moved to London, England where he worked
with Monnow Road Baptist Church, serving as the Associate Pastor leading youth
ministries and outreach, teaching Sunday and Tuesday evening Bible Studies and
establishing discipleship in the church. Currently, Brian is the Pastor of
Chislehurst Baptist Church in Chislehurst, London, England.
Brian and Mindy currently serve as missionaries in London,
England.

Sending them to do the same - We want to reproduce
ourselves as the body of Christ.
Brian and Mindy’s Mission Statement reads as follows:
To see people saved, shaped and sent in London and around
the World
This mission demands active evangelism,
discipleship and church planting, to see Bible believing, disciple making
churches planted all over London. This will be accomplished by personally
starting new churches, by training up godly men to go out and start new
churches and by helping struggling churches.Brian and Mindy planted their first church, Chislehurst Baptist Church,
on July 1, 2007
