Our most precious church family takes seriously Jesus' holy calling to gather as His faithful flock to pray without ceasing, bearing each other's burdens to show our love for one another and for His Word. After all, if Jesus spent all night in prayer to His Father, how can we not take praying seriously, seeing how much we need God's gracious help, knowing His ever-listening ear is always attentive to His children's cry for help (Heb. 4:16).

We gather on Wednesday evenings to joyously fulfill our calling to be Christ-like intercessors, knowing Jesus is praying for us as we pray for others (Heb. 7:25). We initially have a short Bible study on prayer and then apply what we have learned in effectual fervent prayer trusting our great God to answer our prayers exceedingly above and beyond our requests as He so often grants us faith-builders, answering our prayers in ways we cannot explain! (Eph. 3:20)

After our prayer meeting fellowship, we often gather into Bible electives, feeding the hungry hearts of our sheep who thirst for God in prayer and in the Word. We do this realizing the more a true disciple of Christ's is in His Word, the more he loves to pray, and the more biblically he prays too!

We love to pray because we trust God when He makes the precious promise, “Call unto Me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” – Jeremiah 33:3.
